For standard, non-customized products, return eligibility will depend on the condition of the products and the circumstances of the order. Returned products must generally remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any products. Do not send products back without prior authorization, as we first need to confirm the issue, return address, shipping method, and applicable return instructions.

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started or been completed. This includes products customized with your logo, artwork, printing, colors, sizes, materials, handles, packaging, or other buyer-specific requirements.

However, if customized products have a verified manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications confirmed before production, please contact us with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, printing position, or other characteristics may occur due to materials, production batches, manufacturing processes, screen displays, or manual measurement. Reasonable production tolerances are not necessarily considered product defects.

For customized and bulk orders, we strongly recommend confirming all important details—including size, material, color, printing, logo artwork, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements—before production begins.
