ToteBag-Factory supports B2B custom bag orders for international buyers. Shipping terms, shipping method, production lead time, and delivery cost depend on product type, order quantity, packing volume, destination country, and buyer requirements.
Order fulfillment and production timing
Under normal circumstances, estimated fulfillment times are:
Ready-to-ship or non-custom stocked products: normally fulfilled within 2-5 business days after payment and order details are confirmed.
Custom samples: normally fulfilled within 5-15 business days after artwork, specifications, material, and payment are confirmed.
Standard custom bulk orders: normally fulfilled within 15-45 business days after artwork or sample approval, order requirements, and payment terms are confirmed.
Complex construction, special materials, large quantities, multiple delivery locations, revisions, or peak-season demand may require additional time. The final fulfillment schedule will be stated in the quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order, or other written order confirmation.
Fulfillment time covers order processing and production before dispatch. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch and is additional.
Estimated transit time after dispatch
Express courier: approximately 3-7 business days.
Air freight: approximately 7-12 business days.
Sea freight: approximately 20-45 business days.
Transit estimates vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier schedule, and the agreed shipping service. They are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping methods
Depending on destination and urgency, orders may be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck freight, or another agreed logistics method. The final shipping method should be confirmed before bulk production or before dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, local delivery fees, destination handling charges, and related destination costs are usually the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, port congestion, or events outside our direct control.
Shipping damage or shortage
Buyers should inspect cartons and goods after delivery. If there is visible shipping damage, shortage, or carton loss, record photos, videos, carton labels, delivery documents, and the affected quantity, then contact us promptly at totebag.mfg@gmail.com.
