Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started or been completed. However, if customized products have a verified manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications confirmed before production, please contact us with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, printing position, or other characteristics may occur due to materials, production batches, manufacturing processes, screen displays, or manual measurement. Reasonable production tolerances are not necessarily considered product defects.
