Lightweight Film / Project-Specific Gauge

Ultra-lightweight and highly flexible with a soft touch; cost-effective for high-speed, high-volume packing operations.

Suitable for lightweight contents and high-volume packing when the approved sample meets the required seal, opening and handling performance. The final gauge is quoted for the specific bag size and application.

Heavy-Duty Film / Project-Specific Gauge

Features high tensile strength and superior puncture resistance; maintains a rigid, premium shape capable of supporting heavy loads without tearing.

Higher gauges can improve stiffness, puncture resistance and load performance, but the correct choice depends on bag dimensions, product edges, closure and sealing geometry. Confirm with a finished-bag sample.

Barrier or Laminated Structure
