Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
ToteBag-Factory supports B2B custom bag orders for international buyers. Shipping terms, shipping method, production lead time, and delivery cost depend on product type, order quantity, packing volume, destination country, and buyer requirements.
Production and sample timing
Production timing is confirmed after order details, artwork, material, sample approval, payment terms, and packaging requirements are confirmed in writing. Any estimated timeline shown on this website is for reference unless confirmed in a quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.
Shipping methods
Depending on destination and urgency, orders may be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck freight, or another agreed logistics method. The final shipping method should be confirmed before bulk production or before dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, local delivery fees, destination handling charges, and related destination costs are usually the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, port congestion, or events outside our direct control.
Shipping damage or shortage
Buyers should inspect cartons and goods after delivery. If there is visible shipping damage, shortage, or carton loss, record photos, videos, carton labels, delivery documents, and the affected quantity, then contact us promptly at totebag.mfg@gmail.com.
