Return and Refund Policy

ToteBag-Factory supplies custom tote bags and related reusable bag products mainly for B2B buyers. Because most orders are made according to buyer specifications, including material, size, color, logo, printing method, packaging, and quantity, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund after production has started.

Samples

Sample orders are used to confirm material, size, logo placement, printing method, stitching, color, and packaging details before bulk production. Buyers should review samples carefully before approving mass production.

Custom bulk orders

After artwork, sample, specification, or order details are approved, production may begin. Once production has started, cancellation, return, or refund requests may not be accepted unless there is a confirmed production defect or a material difference from the approved specification.

Defect or quality issue claims

If a buyer believes there is a production defect, the buyer should contact ToteBag-Factory within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the order reference, photos or videos of the issue, the quantity affected, and carton or packing details where relevant.

ToteBag-Factory will review the claim and may offer repair, remake, partial credit, replacement, or another reasonable solution depending on the verified issue and the agreed order terms.

Non-refundable situations

  • Approved custom products after production has started.
  • Buyer-approved artwork, spelling, color, size, or specification errors.
  • Color differences within normal production or screen display tolerance.
  • Delays caused by incorrect buyer information, customs, local delivery, holidays, or force majeure.
  • Products that have been used, altered, resold, distributed, or disposed of after delivery.
