Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 4, 2026

ToteBag-Factory mainly provides B2B custom manufacturing and quotation-based sales. Product price, MOQ, sample cost, payment terms, production schedule, packaging, and shipping terms are confirmed case by case.

Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the buyer and ToteBag-Factory agree on the main order details in writing, including product specification, quantity, artwork, price, payment terms, and expected production or delivery schedule.

Payment

Payment terms may vary by buyer, order value, destination, and project type. Any deposit, balance payment, or payment deadline should be confirmed in quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.

Artwork and sample approval

The buyer is responsible for checking artwork, logos, spelling, color references, material, size, and sample details before production. Approval of artwork, sample, or technical details may be treated as approval for mass production.

Production tolerance

Custom textile and bag manufacturing may involve normal tolerances in color, fabric texture, stitching, size, print position, and packaging. Any special tolerance requirement should be confirmed before production.

Export and delivery terms

Export terms, logistics method, insurance, customs responsibility, destination charges, and delivery responsibility should be confirmed in writing for each order.
