Felt Christmas Gift Tote Bags with Integrated Handles

All orders are shipped from our facility in Guangzhou, China. We support international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide.

Please note that all prices shown on our website are for the products only. Shipping, courier, and freight charges are not included in the product price.

The final shipping cost will be calculated separately when your order is ready for dispatch. Freight charges are based on the actual packed weight and volume, destination, selected shipping method, and the carrier's current rates at the time of shipment.

All shipping, courier, and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover or absorb shipping costs.

Depending on your destination, order quantity, package size, and delivery requirements, we may arrange shipment by international express, air freight, sea freight, or other suitable logistics methods. For larger wholesale orders, our team can help recommend a more economical shipping solution.

For customized and bulk orders, production time and shipping time are calculated separately. Once your order has been completed and packed, we will confirm the actual shipping cost with you before dispatch.

If you would like to know the approximate shipping cost before placing an order, please contact us with the product, quantity, and destination. We can provide an estimated freight cost for reference. However, the final shipping charge will always be based on the actual shipment details and carrier rates at the time of dispatch.

Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, postal code, and other delivery information are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We carefully inspect all products before shipment to help ensure that your order meets the confirmed specifications and quality requirements.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number together with clear photos or videos showing the issue so that our team can review the situation.

For standard, non-customized products, return eligibility will depend on the condition of the products and the circumstances of the order. Returned products must generally remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any products. Do not send products back without prior authorization, as we first need to confirm the issue, return address, shipping method, and applicable return instructions.

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started or been completed. This includes products customized with your logo, artwork, printing, colors, sizes, materials, handles, packaging, or other buyer-specific requirements.

However, if customized products have a verified manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications confirmed before production, please contact us with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, printing position, or other characteristics may occur due to materials, production batches, manufacturing processes, screen displays, or manual measurement. Reasonable production tolerances are not necessarily considered product defects.

For customized and bulk orders, we strongly recommend confirming all important details—including size, material, color, printing, logo artwork, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements—before production begins.
